Terrible!!! System tells you 24hrs. Personal 72 hrs....had to go to the office and get authorization.🤦‍♀️

Absolute garbage of an app. The registry process is impossible, not because it is difficult, but because it just won't let you. I have a broken leg, and I installed the app to get a therapy order approved, but because the app didn't work, here I am now driving to the headquarters. Oh, and my wife tried to register as well. It didn't work either. It's almost as if they don't want it to work... I wonder why...
