Took about 6 attempts to put in my authorization code, it doesn't seem to work unless you copy and paste from the email. After trying for about an hour to submit a claim I eventually gave up, just found the whole thing very user unfriendly.

App doesn't show currently in progress claim, I have no idea of the status as they've ignored multiple emails (repeatedly over the last year). I'm now told they'd RESPOND by end of business on Friday, even though the claim was submitted 01 July (resolving within 10 days is Thursday, latest Friday morning)

This software is very user unfriendly. Complex passwords (often forgotten), no option to choose second device for installation, does not accept valid e-mail address, and no way to uninstall. I wish the development team would check and test the software instead of publishing a beta version with so many shortcomings. And then Amble down don't answer their telephones when you phone head office for assistance. I'm still sitting in the dark with no way to submit a claim.....
