Update : Apparently you need to go to the counter to manually insert your MRN into their server system before you can register on the app. Would be best if they pop up this msg for patient Unable to register even with the correct MRN number. The apps did not mention what sort of error

Failed to register. The system didn't mention what sort of error. Hi developer, this system doesn't function do please rectify it otherwise you should take out this system from play store.

Stupid app that is done in the worst way possible. Once press register, always got issue at the hospital to "check in" and check your number + suddenly glitch no appointment. Front counter and clinic counters will not assist much, end up must go back main counter to register. Silly and stupid way of doing things but this hospital is typical government culture so zero surprise. New hospital ruined by low quality workers.

Message stated that Apps have a bug and need to close down. Developer needs to update these Apps before it can be used. I am a bit disappointed to have to experience this inconveniences as it beat the purpose to have Apps to help patients/customers of thr hospital.
