Downloaded this app to be able to access the catalog without having to log onto work laptop but app keeps failing to recognize login details. Allows me to get in my resetting password but new password never seems to work via the app. Tried setting password for mobile app via the work portal too. Pretty useless if it doesn't allow access without resetting every time.

The App doesn't open despite downloading it multiple times. App is just blank and does not take you to the next page. Followed all steps given on the main AOB site, still the App doesn't open after it's been downloaded. Please fix this.
