Horrible application. It's not a friendly user at all. This is another failure add to the long series of failures of HSBC. All their services are very low standard, very low quality, very limited and completely unreliable. The staff are not professional, The security measures of this bank are extremely low. You can lose your money very easily in a second, and there is no compensation. My account has been hacked several times. Very very very bad experience. This bank is not recommended at all.

This service is a scam. The app bootstraps of the IBKR broker application but charges much higher brokerage fees for trading and withdrawing money. It is also very unreliable as log in rarely works, which makes you question if it is secure and safe to deposit your money with this broker.

Genuinely garbage app. Takes sometimes 20 attempts to log in because it fails over and over, only to finally work in the end.
