I've had some issues with wiring the Stat and also some issues with the Wi-Fi connection. All have been resolved and overall it is a good thermostat.

I have updated my review to four stars. My trouble with Wi-Fi was caused by a Wi-Fi network in my house. Have had no problems since. Original post can't connect to Wi-Fi anymore. When app and thermostat works it works good, but it keeps failing after about a week. I just found my old version removed. After I read all the bad reviews, I decided to reinstall old version which I had no problems with. Backup saved the day.

This app and it's integration with Alexa, just doesn't work. Too many times it doesn't accept changes to the temperature or just fails to load. Very frustrating about ready to switch back to my old thermostat, at least it worked like it was supposed to work.

We spent a fortune on our HVAC system and this App was one of their selling points. This makes the 2nd time this app has quit working for just about everyone, and they take weeks fixing it. As today, they finally emailed me saying its fixed, followed the login instructions, still doesn't work. This app is garbage.

Stat shows Wi-Fi connected, router confirms stat is connected, but occasionally app says stat is offline. Only apparent way to correct is to physically re-do the setup procedure at the thermostat. This nonsense will NOT do if I'm away from the house and checking on things remotely. Even if internet connectivity is temporarily interrupted at home the stat should re-login automatically. Unfortunately, the stat accepts all commands from the app but no longer reports any status back to the app.

The app will not proceed past the code verification. It used to work, but has now stopped.
