LeCoach is an AI cycling and running coach that builds your training plan around you: your goals, your schedule, your fitness and your training data. Then talk to it just like you would a real coach, day by day.

A TRAINING PLAN BUILT AROUND YOU
LeCoach turns your goal into a structured multi-week training plan. It looks at the time you can actually train, your current fitness, recent training load and previous activities to decide what belongs in your week.
Training for a race? Choose your event and LeCoach plans backwards from race day, including the right base, build, peak and taper. Prefer a broader goal such as improving FTP, endurance or running performance? That works too. You can even describe your goal in your own words.
When your training or your life changes, LeCoach adjusts the plan with you. Miss a session, need to move your long ride, recover faster than expected or need an easier week? Ask the coach. You stay in control of the plan and nothing changes without your approval.

LeCoach knows your plan, your recent rides and runs, your fitness, your recovery and your goals before you start the conversation.
Ask why today's intervals are on the plan. Analyse yesterday's ride. Build a pacing plan for an event. Move a workout. Ask whether you should train after a bad night's sleep. Discuss a plateau. Change the focus of your next block.
The answer is based on your own training data and context, not a generic coaching script.

CYCLING AND RUNNING IN ONE PLAN

Your cycling and running sessions live in one calendar and contribute to one view of your training load and recovery. LeCoach builds a plan around goals in both sports without treating each one in isolation.

RECOVERY IS PART OF THE PLAN
LeCoach combines training with your recovery data, including HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and how you feel. It compares these signals with your own recent averages and suggests whether training should continue as planned or whether an easier option makes more sense.
One poor night does not automatically rewrite your week. LeCoach looks at the bigger picture and explains what it sees.

UNDERSTAND EVERY RIDE AND RUN
After each activity, LeCoach analyses what actually happened: power, heart rate, pace, cadence, route, training load and how closely the session matched the plan.
The analytics dashboard helps you follow the bigger picture, including fitness, estimated FTP and your power profile. And when a number or chart raises a question, ask the coach directly.
