Not too bad, but had difficulty signing in, but may not be their fault

This is Susan's husband: This is an awful app. My wife is in tears every time she uses it. She wants to get well but this app does not help. 1. The basic usability is bad. Hitting the phone "Back" button logs you out without any warning. 2. The purpose of the app is only found by trial-and-error. Frightening for a 70-year-old patient who uses a smartphone only for phone calls and WhatsApp. 3. Some navigation choices are scary. “Cancel“ or “Delete“ only responds to "Delete". Delete what?? 4. Etc.
