So this new update it makes the app run smoothly. But I have to say that the UI needs an update. So far I am very pleased with the application, and I'll be able to utilize it, and it does make charge entry a bit easier. They could update the process of entering diagnosis a little bit easier. But otherwise very usable app I'm very pleased.

Realty like it It's real easy and what I love is that I can use the abbreviation, and it finds what I need. With others u can't do that you have to type in the whole word

PQRS debacle They said they would help us track PQRS measures. Ensured us it was no problem. Then we found out they were not tracking them appropriately. Now we are going into penalty phase in 2017 due to Oldsmobile's incompetence. Wanted to sue Oldsmobile for the money we will lose but long story short the cost to take them to court will not be worth it financially for us. Never liked their services in the first place. Search engine is horrible and takes forever to find correct diagnosis.

The only way it sync is if you work every day. If you get even a weekend off, it will fail to sync

Oldsmobile definitely could use a feature that helps with charge entry and making it faster. After one charge entery it remains busy not sure why until I can enter another charge, the process timing is very painful. And entering few charges can take up to a 1 to 2 min. very impractical to have it used on the go and takes up a lot of time when you have multiple day charges left to enter.
