Worst service I have experienced till date!!! They call you and offer attractive discounts on your medicine order and place your order but as the medicines reach for delivery there is a huge difference on the invoice compared to what they have actually committed you. Also, after talking to the sales person regarding the issue there is no revert back from their side instead they are giving personal reasons to not attend the after sales service. Such a pathetic service!! Would not recommend anyone

Worst discounts. Med Plus is 100 times better in all aspects. Unnecessary marketing calls and overconfidence of lowest price. Whereas their discount are very less compared to Med Plus, Tata 1 MG.

This app is completely fraudulent. I tried booking a lab test twice, and both payments failed. To make matters worse, I haven’t received a refund for either transaction. Whenever I try to reach customer support, the call gets disconnected. On top of that, every time Meadow calls me back, no one speaks, and they hang up within four seconds. I need this issue resolved and my money refunded immediately. (which I believe won't get back)

Worst app. As per app call doc 24*7 & they will call bavk. But in reality no one will call you back. My 5-year daughter has 104degree fever. I book appointment at 12:22 & 12:49 am. As per app doc call you shortly. But till 07:00 am no one contact me.
