My experience started out mostly positive based on better rate offered compared to competitors. However, I recently observed these fees creeping up when I try to make transfers even though it's supposed to be "free". Just some thoughts that such fees really ruin experiences. If you want to charge for every transaction, let everyone know that's your business model. You can't be free & charging at the same time. I want to send my NGN & have to pay N75. No provider charges that high!

It's over 7 months my money is stuck in MigraPay. It's over 3 months Your so-called Compliance said that they are investigating my money I sent from my account with my name. You got my money stuck in there. I have a question. Why use fake Address in Vancouver and fake USA phone number that can't be reached.? Are you guys fraudsters?
