This app is terrible and hasn't been working since October of last year. Don't bother complaining to customer service as they keep saying it will be up and running within the week and they have been saying this for months now. What are their technicians doing? It's an absolute disgrace find a another network provider besides eir.

Worst experience with a company I have ever had. Multiple times my number is disconnecting and it's a big problem when I have so many financial accounts registered to my number. Please respond for once eir and provide the service people are paying for.

Cant log into my ac since i changed my plan frustrating to say the least when I phone up the help centre they say it's working and they're very pleasant but when I go to login it won't let me🥵 .
