App works great, I enabled view favorites on startup. When I open the app it completely crashes and restarts. Unusable when enabling view favorites on start up

It's hard to do playback with this system. The time keeps resetting its self and to actually do playback you have to go into the building to the system itself. The app on the phones just shows black. Our old system also caught movement and recorded only that. This one we can't find a setting for that. It's not user-friendly.

I'm very disappointed with the automatic update to Northern View app. Since the update, I can no longer access live footage using mobile data -- video is only available when connected to Wi-Fi. This severely limits functionality when I'm out and about without reliable Wi-Fi access. I regret not having the option to decline or delay the update, and I strongly urge you to restore mobile data access or provide users with more control over future updates.

Among the Worst apps ever. Zero Stars, actually. App is unusable. Believe ALL the 1-star reviews. This app IS that bad. Playback is non-existent. I guess the developer really doesn't care. I bought this product for one client. I will have to return it and get a product that actually has an app that works.

Worked fine for a while. Now I have these neon green bars across the videos when watching the cameras. I have reinstalled and still have them. Wife uses an apple, and she does not have this problem.
