I am trying to connect my inverter icruze 6000+ but it's asking for IoT serial number and nobody knows about it. I called the sales person he doesn't know not even the customer care know about it. I tried to put serial number given back of the inverter but says it's invalid. Need help. There no video about app of luminous.

Does not connect to Luminous Zelio-i 1100 (BLE) model. Tried everything that the technical team told i.e. reset, reboot,turn-on/off, disconnect battery etc. But the device does not go in pairing mode. Which makes the application unable to connect. Been almost 2 months of following with the team
