Reps. Are quick to respond. Great fire/smoke alarms with water alarm system that is a huge stress relief. If an alarm goes off the reps and me are alerted through the app. Was able to address a water leak quickly when my sensor alerted me of a water leak. Worth every penny considering this system could save me thousands of dollars on issues that could easily be missed and turn into huge repair bills. Alarm went off for no reason around midnight. Said there was smoke detected, there wasn't any smoke anywhere in the house. Now the app is crashing, the lights on the detectors are blinking red (used to be green), and the app is not showing anything. By the looks of other comments, it seems to be a common problem. Good thing my original smoke detectors are still up and running too
