This ticketing app was the worst experience. There was no informed decision possible for the customer. The resale platform had bugs and was launched very late, and also it is not integrated with ticketing app. The whole experience was quite confusing and not worth being in the stadium in badly positioned seats. Also, the stadium seat view was restricted to trap you into purchase restricted view tickets for high price. I recommend to not use this app.

I have to resell my ticket, but the app doesn't work on my cellphone. I can't click the "ok" button on the resellplattform. I get no contact to a human. I will lose my complete money because of technical problems. Bad work!

I don't generally write reviews ever, but felt strongly enough here. If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. Transfers within this app do not work, and it's the only way to access tickets. It took 5 days for an Opening Ceremony transferred ticket to appear on my account, while other transfers have been pending for days. This is unacceptable. I have logged out, un/reinstalled this app, and still no luck. I've contacted Customer Service, but can't reach an individual. Truly horrible CX.
