App is pure trash. I log in, then it automatically asks me for my password again. And then won't accept it. The same password that worked to log in to seconds ago. Also depositing checks basically impossible now. Trash

Penfed has given me 47 years of fraud and abuse since November 2025 they have stolen my accounts' app is locked 🔒 Social Security is gone! $393890.00 stolen can't get PFCU to unlock app call them and they hang up! I would like to show the fraud over the past 47 years monthly statements are pure fraud! Christopher j Martin is the blocker/ lockeder he is using the Google app for banking fraud I have letters from him explaining the fraud! You are not able to leave PFCU because I'm germany

I've used PenFed for less than 3 years. I've been locked out of my account at least once for NO rational reason; they told me I was miles away trying to log in, in Alabama, when I wasn't. 🙄 I repeatedly have to type in username and password to log in, and the biometric option (which I had it set up for) disappears as the app opens. Being able to log in (quite basic function) has been difficult. I won't use it for anything else based on what I've seen from others' problems with other functions.
