★★★★★ I had the best experience with PenFed for over 20 years. Then, recently, I went to PenFed to make a withdrawal. It closed down. It was a shock that turned my life upside down I was not notified.

★★★★★ Very easy to navigate. Loan payments. Deposits, and transfers between accounts.

★★★★★ Pen Fed has everything I need. High rates of return on checking and savings, quality online website and intuitive phone app, and excellent customer service. I've been a member over 5 yrs and a member I'll remain.

★★☆☆☆ App Version 7.0.01 with "enhanced login experience" is garbage. Apparently, "enhanced" means unsecure browser redirect. Leaving Penfed if they don't fix the app.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to update, and can no longer use the app! Zero stars, since it won't work with older phones!

★★☆☆☆ All of a sudden, this app is not compatible with my phone....such a huge inconvenience!! Had PenFed for years...
