I am disappointed about your records keeping. The names and pictures of my dependents have been exchanged with identity. I saw wrong names and pictures kept as two my dependents' identity. Beside no place to get a statement of attendance and claims of dependents.

Pls group the service providers in locations and Regions, eg, if someone is in a setting area that person should know the nearby hospital to attend. You open service providers and what you see is this this this hospital Accra meanwhile you are in Afram Plains. Pls do something about it. Thanks

I think a location wildcard should be added to search for facilities close to us. Because the search for facilities doesn't accurately give nearest one
