Note 4 PAC field does not show up and clicking on it in the center does not register on mobiles only by clicking right hand of the field works but there is no indication that you need to click there.

Good app, not great. Should have fingerprinted recognition, and shouldn't be clumsy in e-deposit on Galaxy S10e. It's a pain that you have to hide the buttons to eliminate the over-write. Pointed out the issue a year ago, still not fixed. Good thing Samsung support walked me through a workaround. E-Deposit has been fixed, but still no biometric security.

Until a few days ago everything was great, but now I can no longer sign in to access my account. When I click on the app it buffers and buffers and then returns to the sign-in page. I went to the SA SCU website and tried to sign in from there. Nope! Now I'm told I can't connect and to check my internet connection. But that's not the problem; I can connect to the website but not to sign in. What's going on?

Error message on photographing check for photo deposit received after stating "Success" on both front and back check photos. Error said amount on check and for deposit were different, but the amounts were identical. It took trying 3x and one phone call to SA SCU to deposit a simple check.

Since they messed around with it yesterday and today, I would not recommend this app. I downloaded it again, and it worked then after logging out I went to log in again, and it wanted to forward me to the web sign-in which is impossible to read on a phone. I can tell you I am fed up with it!
