I am glad to see that Seed box Philippines finally has its own app. The app was just released today as of this writing. I did not encounter any issues with the registration, profile verification, and initial usage of the app in general. However, I noticed that it lacked an option for other sign in methods such as biometrics login or passkey; also, I think it would be better to add additional 2FA options as well such as Microsoft or Google Authenticator.

Not helpful to investors especially if you will redeem. You are not allowed to redeem from your different accounts at the same time....you are allowed to redeem one at a time, and wait forever for your previous redemption to be reported finish.

I just opened the mobile app as I've been with them from website days. Now, my portfolio is showing zero. I have 2 years of contribution there. The customer service is not responding. They don't have contact number to call to. Is this a scam? Where's my money?

The website one was more effective when it comes to paying top up orders. In the app, if you have multiple products, and you have topped up on one, all the investment account will be there in the dropdown when you are finalizing your order. Do you expect me to memorize investments accounts and which number is for which product? Suggestion, if you are ordering for one product, place the investment acct no already. Why have a dropdown for that?
