Terrible app, broken functions, absolute nightmare. Just trying to pay my bill they had me jump through a bunch of hoops just to get to the end, and it doesn't work. Ive tried linking my bank and the button at the end to verify is broken. Just doesn't even do anything. My loan through them doesn't come with an account number or anything I can use to manually transfer from my banks side because I guess the incompetent software team wanted to ensure that if the software breaks, the user suffers.

They do not advise you prior to making a deposit that there will be a hold on it. Other banks let you know prior to taking the deposit that there will be a hold so that you can go into a branch if you need the funds quicker. This bank held my money hostage for 9 days when I could have just went to the branch it was drawn on and cashed it.

Has issues moving money from external accounts. Keeps not loading external account and then saying I've already added it. Yet it's not on there to be used. Very frustrating. Not impressed with this app at all. Just want to pay my loan payment.
