The login security process is ridiculously cumbersome and annoying: a) security is excessive for a hotel membership app; b) no biometrics login; c) verification code timeline too short; c) email verification code extremely slow; d) member with multiple accounts cannot use the same mobile number, and thus cannot receive verification codes by phone, which is faster; d) phone don'tremember credentials to facilitate future logins; e) once logged in, any change requires code verification.

The whole program is a Scam !! Does not honor its loyalty match program with krisflyer. Does not credit the points timely and only credited once I called customer service. Does not give the full points and only credit the full points per the booking terms after 2 rounds of speaking to customer service. One word summarizes the program- a Scam!!

Really hate this Shangri la membership due to Singapore Airlines. Once you linked shangri la member to kris flyer it seems almost impossible to unlink it. Kept reaching out to Singapore Airlines with this issue, and they kept citing Shangri la membership account don't allow unlinking... omg this is a nightmare and have been going on for months
