★★★★★ I've only done one workout so far, but this app and program is exactly what I was looking for. It's customized to my goals, available equipment and availability, and for each exercise it has progressions and regressions. You work through the program for the day, and it has a video demonstrating the moment alongside a timer for the activity and rest periods. I can't speak for results yet, but I couldn't ask for more from an app to finally achieve my calisthenics goals 🎉

★★★★★ Really good app with a variety of exercises. There is a paywall but, honestly it's really not that expensive. A Planet Fitness membership can be $15 or $25, but the 3-month plan for this app is $23 (which equals $7/month) You don't really need a lot of equipment or space for Calisthenics which is the nice part. You also get a really good workout plan with progressions already listed, and it gives you a pretty accurate nutrition plan to track your macros which you can then put in to MFP.

★★★★★ Great focus on progression and goals. The Interface is hard to manage at times. Example: some workouts default to supersets which are hard to undo. Also, there is no straightforward way to swap one exercise for an alternative.

★★☆☆☆ This app is everything but "simple" I already wasted over an hour trying to find and start a workout.

★★☆☆☆ Even after selecting no equipment exercise it shows exercises that require equipments

★★☆☆☆ I don't like the questionnaire followed by a sneaky "sign up now" Little heads up first please lol.

★★☆☆☆ I previously gave it 5 stars but now taking it back. Before last Update I had access to my program but after the update it asks me to pay for premium to use it. Not happy with this.

★★☆☆☆ Make you create an account, go through a questionnaire and at the end you have to subscribe. Subscription should be asked upfront.
