Really good app with a variety of exercises. There is a paywall but, honestly it's really not that expensive. A Planet Fitness membership can be $15 or $25, but the 3-month plan for this app is $23 (which equals $7/month) You don't really need a lot of equipment or space for Calisthenics which is the nice part. You also get a really good workout plan with progressions already listed, and it gives you a pretty accurate nutrition plan to track your macros which you can then put in to MFP.

I've only done one workout so far, but this app and program is exactly what I was looking for. It's customized to my goals, available equipment and availability, and for each exercise it has progressions and regressions. You work through the program for the day, and it has a video demonstrating the moment alongside a timer for the activity and rest periods. I can't speak for results yet, but I couldn't ask for more from an app to finally achieve my calisthenics goals 🎉

The calisthenics may be simple, but the app is not. Terrible interphase, I normally do at least 20 minutes walking to I came get in the right headspace. Then I open this app, and if I find lack of flexibility, sometimes skipping the "get ready" part, and it skips the set, sometimes I finish a set, and it doesn't mark it. Of someone is using the equipment I need, I have yo wait because I can't modify the order of a routine, so I have to wait and end up getting cold and out of my head again.

The "no equipment" workout still requires equipment. I live a minimalistic life in a bare-bones apartment. My only furniture is a rolling office chair and a folding plastic table that support no weight. I have neither the money nor room to buy more furniture. App still expects me to come up with load bearing furniture and random straps/bars, even though I explicitly input no equipment and no furniture.
