This was a great app until the new user interface update. It says error cannot connect to server. Please fix so I can recharge my card online like before. It's burdensome that only some retail shops recharge cards. As you have made the card mandatory, you have the burden to ensure business continuity for a payment platform. At least make it available on mcb juice or something! Also, I miss the other features of the app and let's not go back to using word version of the bus schedule. Please fix.

Cool! I easily recharged my card online! Also, I love the itinerary feature. Helps me in planning and managing time. As opposed to just showing up and waiting for 1 hour for a bus to show up, now I know the exact schedule time and can plan ahead.

Worst app. Your account is not saved meaning you cannot log in from another device or register to log in another if you have a stored value. Plus there are buses that does not use the scanner. Then you have no choice but to take another bus hoping they have it. In addition to that, if the bus does have it is slow to scan. While u wait it is like waiting in vain and hoping you are hoping it does work.

Please fix the recharge problem after your balance has reached 0 and when you recharge the card it does not register on app, this problem has been ongoing for a while and needs to be fixed.

What's the point of having an app that is not working? Depi desanm 2023 app pa pe marse, pa pe konekte ek server, it's useless, ni recharge card or check balance on it, silvouple, bouz zot bann tech admins and fix it ASAP as it's a waste of time!! 😡
