★★★★★ Good day! First and foremost, these apps is better than the old telegony apps. However, this type of bank account has a limited amount to send money for local transfer such as: ESB and the like. The set amount is only 20,000SAR. My ESB rejected two times before I finally found out that this bank account has a set amount to be deposited. No additional info of rejection. It only says," Transfer has been rejected by the employee bank"). The disturbance and stress inflicted is not acceptable.

Also, the SMS I received didn’t show any IBAN or bank name — only this: *"Outgoing Transfer Approved From: 0016 Amount: SAR 1545 To: IBAN: * Bank: Date: 02-07-2025 Time: 19:57" This shows the transfer was not completed properly.
