Good day! First and foremost, these apps is better than the old telegony apps. However, this type of bank account has a limited amount to send money for local transfer such as: ESB and the like. The set amount is only 20,000SAR. My ESB rejected two times before I finally found out that this bank account has a set amount to be deposited. No additional info of rejection. It only says," Transfer has been rejected by the employee bank"). The disturbance and stress inflicted is not acceptable.

Hello, I made a transfer of SAR 1545 from Telegony (ANB) to a Barq Bank account on 02-07-2025 at 7:57 PM. The money was deducted from my account, but the receiver didn’t get it. Also, the SMS I received didn’t show any IBAN or bank name — only this: *"Outgoing Transfer Approved From: 0016 Amount: SAR 1545 To: IBAN: * Bank: Date: 02-07-2025 Time: 19:57" This shows the transfer was not completed properly.
