App could be so much better. For instance, I'm locked out of the app and unable to make payments because I cannot update relevant work information to my bank because it won't scroll down to the button. Which means that now I have to wait until I somehow make it out of work to go IN PERSON to the bank to work this out (yes because the website is also useless in actually having relevant functions to the clients).

Terrible bank. They have several ways to do basic banking operations, but none of them work for me so far. The only thing they have been able to do is take money out of my account for basic banking services they refuse to actually provide. The most frustrating, incompetent bank I have ever used in my life. Terrible.

Way too many marketing campaigns notifications, with no granular way to disable them. Recently some of the views open as blank/white screens, making the access to some of the services impossible. For reference, I am on Android 15 with April security patch.

There is something wrong with the app, I cannot update my professional status- I am a housewife and there is no such choice, also when I update my educational degree, I keep pressing Bechlor's degree, but the doesn't reflect.
