Millennium wasn't my first bank account, but it was a change I made from the first bank I opened an account, I had troubles and problems with them. Now I've been a client of Millennium for about 3 years, my husband is closing his account in another bank to come to Millennium. I have always support here and people that work fast when there is a problem. Overall I am very satisfied with this app and with the services of this bank

It is periodically necessary to update your info, which can only be done in the app. It is possible that this app is the least thought out a bit of coding ever developed. By way of example, it is not possible to enter a US passport number. The app encourages you to take a photo of your ID, but it cannot read any data sufficiently well, and it cannot take a picture adequately. The banking functions work well, and of course MB Way is a marvelous system.

Initiated the PARI process for a loan I'm struggling to pay after 8 months of unemployment. Submitted all the relevant docs at my local branch, roughly a week passed, and I got a message from PARI saying I hadn't submitted said docs. Went back to the branch to resolve the situation, branch didn't understand what happened, and I was assured the situation would be resolved. Long story short the bank withdrew the little I had left on Christmas Eve to cover the loan. Merry Christmas!

There is something wrong with the app, I cannot update my professional status- I am a housewife and there is no such choice, also when I update my educational degree, I keep pressing Bechlor's degree, but the doesn't reflect.
