I had a problem with the banking app due to a security issue with an unrelated app which meant that I could not access the app at all. The customer service by Millennium was unparalleled. They responded almost immediately to the review on the Play Store, provided an email where I could direct my complaint and ACTUALLY phoned me to resolve the problem which was resolved in a single call. Keeps on crashing when trying to view Investments. Constantly have to refresh to view the investment, then log out. Log back in. very time-consuming to do transacting on investments
Initiated the PARI process for a loan I'm struggling to pay after 8 months of unemployment. Submitted all the relevant docs at my local branch, roughly a week passed, and I got a message from PARI saying I hadn't submitted said docs. Went back to the branch to resolve the situation, branch didn't understand what happened, and I was assured the situation would be resolved. Long story short the bank withdrew the little I had left on Christmas Eve to cover the loan. Merry Christmas!
Dear android developers, please allow taking screenshots when paying for a bus in Lisbon. Otherwise, there is no way to use the app during a bus trip. There is no way to get see the ticket I have paid for. There is a label saying: take a screenshot, but app doesn't allow it due to security reasons. Edit. Where in the app I can present QR to ticket inspector?
