I had my first therapy session, the counselor was friendly and made the whole session comfortable for me. The other features of the app such as different communities where you can talk about your feelings anonymously is also wonderful, you can track your mood and journal every day. It's an amazing app overall

The therapist cancelled the session due to the network issue that she was facing in October 2024. For which I requested for a refund, and it's January 2025, I still haven't received the refund despite following up multiple times. Whenever I call them regarding this, they just tell me that they'll process the refund in a week and never do it.

The worst app ever. Please do not fall for the scam. I booked a package for 6 sessions, my therapist was not available after 2 sessions for weeks, I requested to cancel and refund the remaining amount, hardly got the reply on WhatsApp that the same will be refunded. It's been weeks since I am following up on WhatsApp and calling on their support number. No boda picks up the call, nobody replies to the messages and e-mail. that's how I lost my money. Please do not fall for the fake advertisement
