It requires a minimum recharge of ₹200 and charges ₹12 per unit, along with a fixed charge of ₹2 per day (i.e., ₹60 per month). In contrast, other providers have no fixed charges, and their per-unit cost is only ₹10.

Worst experience. I am writing to raise a concern regarding a recharge transaction I made for ₹400. The amount has been deducted from my bank account, but it is not reflecting in the app. I contacted your toll-free support number, and I was informed that the amount would be refunded. However, I have not received any refund confirmation or credit to my account yet. And your info.Ravi mail is also not working. IDK this app is a scam or what but very wrost experience I ever face.
