Worst experience. I am writing to raise a concern regarding a recharge transaction I made for ₹400. The amount has been deducted from my bank account, but it is not reflecting in the app. I contacted your toll-free support number, and I was informed that the amount would be refunded. However, I have not received any refund confirmation or credit to my account yet. And your info.Ravi mail is also not working. IDK this app is a scam or what but very wrost experience I ever face.
