I have nothing bad to say about this camera. I bought it for my parents with low expectations due to the price and it's amazing! I hooked it up very easily. My brother, mother and I all have the app and it works just fine on all our phones ( 2iphones, and a Google pixel 2) I used the app when I was in a different state and still no issue. I was able to screenshot pictures, saved recordings and speak to anyone around the camera with the microphone in the camera. I only have 1 camera hooked up.

If you have slow internet the cams and apps will be useless. You NEED high speed connectivity and even if you do yet have a ISP that SUCKS and gives you shotty "high" speeds like I do (Spectrum) you will have problems & disconnects for no apparent reasons when you need them work the most. IMPORTANT: These Bayit apps only support 2.4GHz wifi channels!🤨 They will not connect if your wifi is set on a higher channel. LAME! Home smart power meters WILL interfere at lower channels! UDATE THIS APP!

ok product, average app, terrible customer support. I can't connect camera to my app after getting a new phone, and support won't get back to me.

App needs an update. In order to connect to Wifi on android 10 or newer the app needs to have permission to access location all the time. Accessing location isn't even a permissions option currently , so the cameras cannot be connected to my wifi, until the app is updated. Disappointing....
