I now own an iQue gas grill & pellet grill. They both work perfectly. It takes a little know how when setting them up, but once you do - Effortless control. I went through the directions twice - just so I knew it was done right. It even motivated me to move my modem done to the main floor AND after doing that, EVERYTHING worked better. The grill, the TV and computers in the basement. *The 2.4Ghz set-up was crucial. Better transmission overall. Common sense directions! Happy Griller!!

I have a broil king grill, smoker and roaster all in one and mine is a 550. I don't see the 550 on there, so I just looked at the pic, and it looked like the grill, but I pushed 500 and did everything, and it showed everything correctly even my temp from the computer on the grill and the temp from the app showed the same °F, so I gave 5 stairs. But there is one problem I have seen and that is if you walk away from the grill it won't let you look at the temp intill your close to the grill.

The grill is new to me but the app seems to be working well, adjusts everything no problem, reads all Temps. Can set timers and temperature notifications. The only downside is the lack of recipes at this point but otherwise seems to be nice! My girlfriend and I both use the app on 2 different phones with the one BBQ at the same time with no issues

Worked great until the app was updated. Constantly crashes and when it does work, will only connect to smoker via Bluetooth and not Wi-Fi.

Frustrating app. Very poorly done. I paid a lot of money for this pellet grill and am a broil king fan, so I stuck with the brand. I think I made an expensive mistake as the Wi-Fi connectivity is a KEY feature for premium grills. Very disappointed.

Horrible App. Was able to connect the first time, since I've had no luck at all. The temps on the bbq are wildly off, but I cannot calibrate it without the App. You set it to 225F to smoke, and it gets maybe to 180f. I turn it up to about 360f just to get it to 260f for a brisket. Very useless. I can't believe broil king charges over $1000 for a grill you can't even use properly.
