The bank itself has great customer service, but this phone app is just terrible. It crashes far more often than it works. Trying to make a simple deposit is a time-consuming nightmare. From reading what others are writing, I am obviously not in a minority here. This needs to be fixed.

It's awful. I use it once and after logging out, it never works again. I can log in, but my data is unavailable. Even if I clear the cache or clear the data from the app on my Android, it will not work. Only if I uninstall and then reinstall will it work again....but only that one time. So I've given up and just use their online version.
