Pathetic service.. horrendous customer support, that never listens to any of our issues, me and my cab mates have been following up like mads with these people to put the cab again as they had removed our cab without any notice in advance and then refused to put it back.. after continuous follow ups they put a xylo (hypothetical/phantom car) which never came into being and just to keep us happy in thr portal on a trail basis even for which the cab never came. Its been a month we did not get a cab and false promises. Every time we speak to them has become a joke for these people. My experience has been disgusting. They just focus on making money and hardly see anything beyond that. There are people with serious health issues, pregnant women traveling really long and use cab regularly and despite being very vocal in terms ans conditions they don't care and focus on making profits. I will never ever refer anyone to use commut service. To such people who say u on ur face "why should we put a cab in your area where only one seat is vacant.. this results in our loss" Horrible horrible service.. Greatly disappointed. This feedback is on behalf of all our cab mates.

WORST AND PATHETIC SERVICE. They don't even have minimum responsibility
towards customer service. The app shows Tempo Traveller while booking and
they send Winger. When asked about the same, the reply comes - there is no
guarantee of sending a Tempo and you should board whichever vehicle we
send. If you still have a problem you can cancel the ride. If the app is
updated with a particular vehicle in a route, people will expect same
vehicle and book the ride. Suddenly changing the vehicle and doesn't even
have sense of sorry feeling in them. I have cancelled my May subscription
on 15th and asked for refund. Worst experience. Hoped the app had zero
stars to rate.
