Offline support is missing. Are you underway and don't have networked connectivity (because the train or bus is in the middle of no-where)? Then you're out of luck and cannot show your ticket. (Update: Apparently it does show the ticket after a while, but it'd be nice to know that in advance and not have to worry. Undocumented feature.)

I am unable to log in with my credentials. Since my ticket went to pre-booked status and I had to immediately travel, I've booked my ticket from DB. Now I want to cancel the ticket I booked through your portal. Kindly help me. I am unable to cancel it on the day of booking, so I sent you a mail to which I haven't received any response. Now I am unable to log in with my credentials. Please help and do what is necessary as soon as possible

“The Deutschlandticket app has been very disappointing lately. It’s slow, unreliable, and often fails when I need it most. Please review and improve the app’s performance — passengers depend on it.” They forced me to buy another ticket even though I already had one, and they still charged me without allowing any cancellation. The app and the support team show no consideration for their customers. Please fix this.”
