Rubbish app, unable to upload ID and then if you try it again, all personal info wiped out and have to do all over again. The point is, the app fails to upload ID so u can't book a doctor. Unbelievable!

Waited all day to see the most affordable doctor (I'm unemployed and live in a rural part of HK with one GP) only for the app to go down as I'm logging in to my appointment. I assume they were trying to do maintenance or upgrades without going offline/after hours and ended up messing instead. Bad, bad, bad.

No cancel button at processing the booking request page. No guideline on how long (maximum) you wait before you know the doctor will accept / reject your booking. CS conversation page sometimes load to a blank page even if u want to ask for certainty. If you really need a doctor that day and not some mild long-term issue that can be postponed to another day, so you finally go to queue up at clinic you may risk double payment or a time-wasting disappointment if you also book on this app.
