I thought this would be better than the old Electrolux, but it is just as bad. Vacuum is always confused. Always says cleaning complete but couldn't find base, yet it is in the base and not even half the floor has been vacuumed. Such a shame when the vacuum itself works so well. Waste of money.

Can we please have the pure i9 app back? I never had any issue with that. This not wellbeing is utter garbage. Have reset robot and modem and app on phone multiple time been in contact with help center and the app says unavailable when the bot shiws clearly it is connected to Wi-Fi.Wi-Fi working on every other device in the house. When I start up pure i9 app is shows that is connected then message comes up to use well-being and bam unavailable. The bot literally just cleaned the house now U/A?
