Terrible app and customer service. App registration full of bugs, validation of documents takes extremely long, customer service is not available. Rarely experienced such poor service.

Every time I start a rentable Park position does not close, so the motorcycle does not start. I always have to call support, and they do not know how to help. Then randomly the emmy starts.

Scooters have become total mess, every 2nd one does not properly work anymore, and they still charge you to unlock fees. And now instead of normal phone support you need to waste time emailing them. That's the last time I use Emmy. Just take a bus, at least it works.

App is very buggy billing is even worse had my account blocked because emmy had to give ME a refund then I was suddenly unblocked no rhyme or reason with their billing practices. I used to ride constantly most days to work shopping etc... even after the prices increased, but I refuse to constantly have to chase down and correct billing errors. They have blocked me, and I have let it stand for months (7 eur)and have become accustomed to not using it. Emmy you have lost So much money!
