Excess telecom app is pretty bad. Basically got my free tablet, phone service and new phone number. A) tablet has no phone app and sim card does work. I have bars, but you can only message not send/receive calls. Stupid lol anyway going to call excess telecom tomorrow to see if they can port out my phone number to this account at excess t under my name. They also take any lifeline benefit you currently have, and it goes to the excess t phone number this company assigns you. Ugh, I'm so pissed

I called excess telecom my tablet stop working they say you still want acp?when I looked in app they are making these folks pay for"free" government service acp? Well they turned off my phone and tablet but advertising free tablet, but it stopped working. Something wrong with tablet get help. These folk knew tablets were bad. I file complaint now I have pic of app haven't been able to retrieve all this time. Ppl in reviews in app are "LIARS" can't get in touch never answer phone. 🖕 Excess scam.
