Only thing I got to say is you guys are the best bank I ever dealt with, and I will be here for a long time I appreciate you guys and everything you have done for me recently my account had got hacked someone took money out of my account without my permission I boarded up to you guys attention you guys did your investigation and seeing that I was in the right and you guys gave me my money back, and I appreciate it thank you

My experience banking with FMFCU has been great, only issue I have is when I first joined FMFCU I got my direct deposit on Wednesday @ 11am until Easter I now receive my check on Wednesday between 6 and 10 pm and Thursday after 8am. They said it would return to Wednesday morning, but it's now the middle of June.

Benchmark cards credentials won't open in Franklin mint online app. Tried it all. It's been a month. Frustrating. Could be they want you to use their credit card avenue. Who knows? Thanks for the instructions you just sent. Again simply put benchmark credit card credentials do not work on the Franklin mint online banking app. Seems I can't say it enough. Did what you said over and over. You just won't or can't do anything about it. Called the 5100 number. Put me in q at number 21. You suck

I don't appreciate giving my business to this bank only to have to use the app that has ads every single time I log in to my account. You already get my business, UNACCEPTABLE.

Will not remember your password from one use till the next. Forcing you to make a new password and when you try to enter the same password you tried to enter again the exact one it said did not work, it tells you that password was already used forcing you to create a new one which it will not remember the next time. Fix that, and it will deserve a better rating ... perhaps it may work well on a device that is unsecured, but if you have any security in your device at all, this is not for you ...

The app worked well on my phone till the latest update. Latest version keeps moving/rendering my accounts when scrolling through the list of accounts. The drag and drop feature should be disabled for list of accounts.

When you need a secure access code the only option is a phone call. Why is there no option for a text? Also, why does it go through a 40-second intro before giving the code. Just say "Your secure access code is xxxx". Absolutely awful especially if you're out in public so can't put the phone on speaker to hear the code and input it at the same time.
