Highest level of service, totally fair prices. Always used their boxes whenever possible, and I have never been disappointed by the way they work and their services. Can only recommend them. I got a sms about that a box where I ordered my stuff was unavailable, but they didn't even need 24 hours to fix it and the pickup time was given +3 days AND when it was fixed I also got a sms about that too. That is the highest level of service anyone can ask for.

Cannot log in with the password I use at the website. If I ask for new password, I can log in once. After that it logs me out and from then I still cannot log in with the password.

Trash. Forgot password, so they send a link to reset it. The link opens the app and asks me to log in... When I want to register: "select your favorite parcel", and there's a completely unordered list of all parcels in Hungary...

One of the worst application ever used: - Slow - Shipments are not synched between the webpage and the app. Why? - Payment ony via Simple. No Google Pay, no Apple Pay, no any other solution. - Support is only available on workdays, but you can put any package to a box on weekends without giving any recipient info. Why the heck the sender are not asked to provide the package details for an unregistered package?????
