Hi you all, The reviews seem very confused, so I'll break it down. This app is intended for the route 79 bus ONLY, which serves Breslau, NOT Kitchener. It's on demand, so wait times will be slower. Yes the app has a view bugs but the bus is a great way to get from Kitchener to Breslau and the airport (YKF). So please, only order the bus at stops that say route 79, otherwise you ain't going anywhere.

New to the app and it is far from user-friendly it asks for your location, and it shows yoir location in South America App is not worth downloading

This application has alot of bugs have had multiple issues with it not letting me book like up to half an hour before service ends it won't let me book bus, or it just won't work period kinda done with the B. S that comes with this application, I'll just walk from Victoria/lackner back into Breslau on the dangerous highway no worries GRT but if I get hit by a car I hold you responsible

Rather a useless app. Can't route when on the ION. I have very limited endurance. I got on at Kitchener City Hall. Tried to find where I could transfer to get to Young & King in Waterloo. The only option presented was exit at Waterloo Town Square and walk! Had to stop and sit to rest 4 times before I made it home. Will probably impact being able to walk at all tomorrow.

When I try to book an on-demand service, the app changes trip details (time, no. of riders, etc.) at the confirmation screen, seemingly at random. It does not appear to remember the details you already entered. It is unusable in this state. Edit: I spoke with GRT support on the phone, and although they couldn't resolve the issue today, they seemed genuinely interested in resolving it in a future update and were good to talk to.
