★★★★★
Dear HSBC, we suggest improving the online payment system making it easier for owner to transfer fund to any other account from the mobile device, creating easy access.
★★★★★
The 5th missing star is because of the lack of functionalities. Especially, one can't transfer money to a new recipient. Also, on transfer page, the References' field doesn't allow writing multiline ang relatively long (detailed) texts.
★★★★★
The best bank in armenia. I love this bank the best service and the best app. Thank you hsbc
★★★★★
Please add an option to send money from USD account to USD MasterCard.
★★☆☆☆
Doesn't work on some custom ROMs (it warns that phone is rooted or modified).
★★☆☆☆
Useless app. Only to see balances. Nearly all mobile app of RA banks has possibilities to pay utilities, transfer to another bank, to be integrated to Apple Pay, or simply NFC pay by itself and so on. Pure application.
★★☆☆☆
Had very limited and poor functionality compaired to applications of many other Armenian banks.
★★☆☆☆
This is the most uncomfortable mobile banking ever. Even the worst banks in Armenia have much better mobile banking apps.
