InspectMe gives you the ability to complete your own property inspections without your property manager attending your home.

Your property manager will invite you to complete an inspection. Then, simply login using your PropertyMe tenant access account. If you do not have an account, or if you have questions about how to use InspectMe, please contact your property manager.

Easy as. Negative reviews here make no sense - we just completed our first inspection, and it was really simple to do. In fact, we prefer it to the agent coming through and taking their own photos (including just about every item of furniture we own) from a hundred angles, as we find how nosy they can be extremely intrusive.

So far it seems to be good. One thing that I'd ask change though: during inspection photo of the room can be taken or deleted... But if you are in the wrong room label there is no way to move this picture to another one. Can you please make changes so that we could move pictures as well?

Can't change camera settings while using the app. So many photos look too dark. Comments disappear or just half a word is saved.

Does Not Work There was no link albeit agent saying she sent it to upload inspection photos. Sent it off via email instead.

Constantly times out and requires me to login again. You have to use the in-app camera, and it somehow manages to make every photo look abysmal if you don't have the lighting of a photo studio (you can't see anything in a room that isn't bright).
