Love this place, but they are very very very strict on things there but if you keep messing up they will ban you for 6 months or longer and face masks are required at all times unless your eating and drinking or smoking a cigarette, and please don't cuss or use drugs or drink anything with alcohol in it because they will kick you out for sure and the cops will be there also

PSA: Seems like the kat management has found a new way to FCU with those they consider beneath them - namely the poor, homeless, and the working class. Anyone carrying a bag or cart is considered a potential terrorist - therefore carts have to be folded up and contents physically carried. What about handicapped people who use the bus as their only affordable transport after shopping? How inconvenient to have to empty their cart just to make the leftist pansies feel safe. Lyft for me now!

Most of the kat staff are kind and very helpful as with most company's. Some divisions, are not efferent .nor do those divisions. Seem to care to make necicery changes to be more efficient

App has no functions, it's redundant to website. Could not even get it set up, never validated my email address even days after registration. Need app that I can use to purchase fares and ticket scanner function that works with farebox on the bus.
