It's a useful app..., when it works. The biggest issue (which is a problem, because that's the most important and useful feature) is that it is buggy. The photo upload portion is buggy and laggy and often hangs up. Otherwise, it is a great tool for managing the workload, especially remotely.

Conveyed the issue with them, and after a few days they isolated the issue to a select few new devices and updated the app, now it's working great.

They just released an update that broke the tech notes edit text field on Android. Now instead of being able to press enter to go to the next line to write paragraphs, it just finished the text editing and closes the keyboard. Are you guys using AI to update your app? How does something so foundational get broken years after the app was initially released? Edit: This issue has been fixed in a matter of days, so I'm changing my rating and leaving the review for transparency.

Half of the time lately ive troed to use the app for work for RO's, the app won't even work. It freezes and quits is there an update being made to fix this?

This isn't an app it's a virus!! Used this app for years now, and have had nothing but issues. App crashes, won't load pictures half the time, doesn't let you clock in half the time. And now it won't even load the app, open the app, and it goes to the main selection screen then stops loading before any of the tiles load. App does not help efficiency of job at all.

This app worked very well with no issues. But as of a few months ago where you are able to attach photos to the work order it no longer lets you even take photos with the app. Using a Google Pixel 8 pro. If this issue was resolved there are no other problems I have with using light speed
