Hey everybody, That gets to use this lovely app. This app is beautifully created, and I couldn't ask for more that is suited for me. This is a beautiful, app to use if you have anxiety, such as its a lot more for people who practice CBT cognitive behavior therapy with a therapist or any other professional. It helps your worries at home, and you can email your worries to anyone of your choosing. It helps you understand your worries, and practice things like challenging your thoughts + many more

Kindly add a box named "What can you do about it" above the "what are you going to do about it" box because it encourages brainstorming and shows us our available options to handle the worry. Good app overall

I was recommended this app as a free with subscription additional app, but now it doesn't let you use any of the add worries features at all, which ive been told by multiple people that it used to - so the app is rendered not useable for free users anymore. It's not in my budget to pay for the app & it's a shame you've blocked the main part of the app behind a paywall esp given the reason for this app existing.

Used to be free ive used this app for years. Came to add a worry today and now you can't do anything on the app unless you pay not even add a worry. Guess I'll be looking for a free alternative. Just like everything else making money from misfortune I won't be adding money to my list of worries I'll be getting something free
