Very good, much easier than fighting over the old sign-up boards. A couple of minor issues: the app tends to log you out too often, and the planner list isn't in chronological order.

I like the idea that the manor house are moving to an app, but this one isn't up to standard. Twice during our trip all the guest names reset, and we had to try to work out what was going on, this was especially difficult as we had activities booked that now just had 'guest' as the name. It needs to organize the planner by date and time, with the next activity to take place at the top of the list, and it needs to give you an option to save your card details, so you don't put them in repeatedly.

To register requires the email address of the person that made the booking. In a large multiroom group spread across the site this is poor usability as I don't know the email address my mother-in-law used so can't register for events.

This is the worst booking App I have met. You are now forced to use it if you want to do anything at the Manor Resort. It takes at least 50 times longer to make a booking than the simple sign-up sheets it replaces. Each use requires login, multistep searches, and entering full card payment details. No PayPal, Google Pay, or booking to rooms. It mangled the names of the members of my group and assigned bookings to the wrong person. Bring back sign-up sheets!
