The app isn’t functioning at all. It won’t load and keeps displaying a “network connection error, please try again.” Please have your development team look into this, it’s unacceptable for a banking app to be this unreliable.

App hasn't been working lately. Every time I log in it says an error has occurred and doesn't let me log in. The app itself also doesn't remember my username and password, doesn't have fingerprint authorization, or gave authorization which makes it absolutely painful to log in to every time I want to use it. The bank itself is good. Their interest rates are great.
