Maybe slightly biased as I’ve been involved in the development – full disclosure there! However, it has turned out to be an excellent addition to the mindfulness app community. Information, podcasts, blogs etc. a library of meditations - all quality assessed. Self-paced courses have been reviewed ensuring levels are suitable for those new to mindfulness and an opportunity to deepen practice for those familiar with mindfulness. Here is a place for quality meditations and trustworthy information

Doesn't seem to play on my phones loudspeaker, it only uses the quiet ear speaker. Also has a heck of a lot of abbreviations, so you need to understand their language BEFORE using the app

I love this app so much. It's been helping me massively with my anxiety and visual snow syndrome. The guided meditations are the best out there, and I always feel really good doing them thank you so much.

Sound issue (like Alex Waters' review Jul '25) 😢 The sound only plays via the (v quiet!) speaker used during calls, not the main speakers I listen to podcasts, mp3 files and other apps (e.g. BBC Sounds) with, so is effectively useless. Bluetooth's speakers & earphones also don't work - if connected they're ignored. It's disappointing to see reviews complaining of the same issue 6 months ago, yet it still persists. I have not experienced this problem with any other app!

The sound is too low. This is case for my phone speaker, headphones and Bluetooth speakers. Without sound what is the pint of this app?
