With the switch to the new app I was a bit confused as I had money in my app wallet from the old app, and it didn't show up in my new account. I got a hold of tech support through the website chat, and they were very helpful, and I got my wallet balance reconnected to my account. Great Service!

Even if you pay for a space using this app, the City of Omaha may send you a parking citation and ignore the fact that you may have already paid. Avoid this scam app.

Extremely poor. Forces full hour payment for card & physical machines claim to accept coin payments but trying to pay in coins just causes the parking attempt to cancel. Too slow. Overpriced.

Apparently their computers are not capable of calculating partial hours. Nor of rolling over leftover time from one meter to another, we literally paid for 2 spots for 30 minuts time. Airport parking ... if you make a reservation there's no refund if you come back early, but they will for sure charge you if you stay longer. But that's what I'm finding about one of the countries richest cities ... it's full of cheap screws.
