Professional physicians in chat, as well as in clinics. Relatively cheap prices. The app itself works very well.

Unusable. As of date I typing this, DO NOT USE CHAT! For 3 reasons: 1. I had 2h wait time, for "quick" easy way to get help that is not acceptable. 2. The app says you can use phone normally. Once you close the app and reopen it, you can't type anywhere. And it automatically moves you to chat. You cannot do anything else with this app. 3. Problem remains even if you reinstall the app.

A while back I would have given more stars, but now it keeps crashing regularly when trying to send in a request. That is super frustrating because all the answers given at that point are lost. There is also no way to resend it or check previous conversations since that long promised feature is still not functional in the app. So no way to copy your typed answers to quickly recover some work. By now I just fill it out with very unspecific and short answers because I expect the crash.
